Registered Nurse (RN) | Campbell, California

A public school district is seeking a Registered Nurse for a school nurse position for the school year. This position serves and provides for elementary ages. This district is looking for interested candidates who have experience reviewing and developing health plans, administering prescribed medication, updating and maintaining student immunization records to be in state compliance, responding with urgency to injuries, conducting vision and hearing screenings, and are comfortable working autonomously. 

Job Description: 

• Start Date: as soon as possible
• End Date: June 10, 2024
• Hours per day/week: 40 hours per week
• Caseload details: 2 - 3 schools
• Certifications Required: Valid CA School Nurse Services credential
• Active CA Registered Nurse License
• Valid CA Audiometric Certificate (preferred, not required)

Qualifications: To be considered, interested candidates must have the California School Nurse License. Candidates must complete background check and drug screen.
